You can refer anyone you have worked with in professional capacity or a friend you can vouch for. 

In case if you do not know the person personally, you are expected to understand more details about their skill set. You need to fill a feedback form assessing their technical skills.

When a buddy refers candidates, it makes candidates eligible for referral to all companies on the platform. We share the list of openings available with the candidates and candidates choose the companies that they want to pursue.

We encourage buddies to indicate the companies candidates are interested in and the nature of the companies a candidate wants to avoid. It will help us recommend the right opportunities for them.

We respect the privacy of buddies. We do not share buddy's details with the companies.

Buddies would not have to engage with companies. We onboard companies, get active openings, coordinate with the companies for recruitment process and ensure that the referral perks are received from the companies in time.

Buddies are supposed to just refer the candidates.

Buddy gets 70% of the referral perk that the company pays, which is usually a month's salary of the candidate. The exact amount depends on the company and the salary the person you refer can get.

Companies usually credit money after the candidate joins and stays in company for a month or till end of probation. The exact duration varies with the company.

No. But if the candidates that a buddy refers have a high rate of rejection in the 1st round OR if there is any suspicious activity, we might restrict buddy's ability to refer.
